The Tampa Arts Alliance has secured a 5000 sq. ft., first-floor suite in the middle of Downtown Tampa. Thanks to a generous donation of space from Farley White Interests, our Downtown Arts Center will be located at 201 E. Kennedy Blvd. The Center will focus on three key goals:

  • Provide a venue for disconnected arts organizations to connect, develop relationships, and expand their programming and reach.
  • Fill a void – Tampa does not have enough venues to showcase the best in local arts. The Center will offer a showcase of regional talent, easily accessible to the public. The concentration of workers, residents and visitors moving through downtown will amplify exposure of Tampa Bay's diverse arts community eager to be seen.
  • Work with downtown stakeholders to activate public spaces with the arts for all to enjoy.

Farley White Interests is providing a multi-year, zero-dollar lease. The Tampa Arts Alliance is raising funds to build-out the space into a first-class showcase for the arts in Tampa. The plan is to open by March 2026. We need you help to raise funds now, any amount is appreciated.

Phase I: Setting the Stage- now through August 31, 2025
Goals: Initiate plans & permitting, update HVAC systems; Framing, Drywall & Acoustical work; Electrical, Plumbing and Fire protection

In you are interested in making a donation over $10,000, directing investment funds, or in naming rights for a major aspect of construction, please contact Michele Smith, Executive Director smith@tampaartsalliance.org
